The Sydney Party Shop is a mail order company supplying all types of Adult and themed children's partyware / tableware. We have a great range of Party and Fingerfood. We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the products and service we provide. The terms and conditions detailed below will help you understand the level of service you can expect from Sydney Party Shop.

Placing an order with Sydney Party Shop means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them.

Payment Security

Sydney Party Shop want our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate secure purchasing functionality employing encryption technology ensuring your card details can not be intercepted whilst in transit. Your credit card account will not be debited until your order has been assembled and is packed for despatch.

Contract Information

The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on Sydney Party Shop until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods despatched. This means that if a product is shown on the site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Sydney Party Shop shall not be obliged to sell you that product.

Liability Disclaimer

Sydney Party Shop shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Sydney Party Shop or any acts of third parties.

Cancelling Disclaimer

Please be advised if you order from Sydney Party Shop and we have Picked and Packed your required item or we have set aside an order for delivery or pick up  or hire equipment on hold for you to collect and you then choose to cancel prior to shipping or collecting your Purchase you may be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Sale Items

If an item is on Sale or Run out we do not have a Return Policy or Refund Policy unless the item is faulty.

Hire Equipment

All our Helium Cylinders are for hire only and not for purchase.  This is strickly a 4 day Hire from time of pick up or delivery.  If you return our hire equipment later than 4 days you will be charged a late fee of $10 per day late fee until returned.  All our other Hire Equipment is only 24hr hire and if returned later then 24hr will incur daily late fee to the same value as the hire for the day.  Please note a Bond is required for all our hire equipment.

We do not post any of our Hire Equipment, they are only pick up from our store or we can delivery by courier for extra fee, please call for quotes on delivery and pick up fees.


All purchases online and in store are given a receipt upon purchase of goods. If you require another copy of receipt, there will be a service fee of $25.00 to retrieve your receipt and send to you.
