The Sydney Party Shop is a Shop and mail-order company supplying all types of Adult and themed children's partyware, tableware and Balloon decorating. We have a vast range of Party Finger-food and Cakes. We want our customers to be delighted with the products and services we provide. The terms and conditions detailed below will help you understand the level of service you can expect from the Sydney Party Shop.
Placing an order with Sydney Party Shop means you have read the following terms and conditions and that you agree with them.
Payment Security
Sydney Party Shop want our customers to feel secure when trading over the internet. We operate secure purchasing functionality employing encryption technology ensuring your card details can not be intercepted whilst in transit. Once payment is made we will assembled and pack your order for despatch.
Contract Information
The placing of an order represents an offer to purchase the products by you. This is not binding on Sydney Party Shop until we have informed you that the order is accepted and the goods despatched. This means that if a product is shown on the site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Sydney Party Shop shall not be obliged to sell you that product.
BALLOON DECORATING SERVICES and Balloon Deliveries
Sydney Party Shop have been balloon decorating for over 20 years. We have a wide selection of arrangements to choose from on our online store.
Balloons arrangements and loose balloons will be delivered inflated with helium as requested on the need by date when ordering online or over the phone.
All standard Helium Latex Balloons for the arrangements or loose balloons only last 10-12 hours.
If you require them to last longer, you need to contact us on 02 95678111 to discuss options to have the standard latex balloons last a further 24 - 48 hours.
Foil Balloons can last up to 7 days, depending how they are handled and weather conditions.
BALLOON DELIVERIES
Delivery is only available in the Sydney Metropolitan Area within 30kms from our Bexley Store.

to make sure we can accommodate you and a further delivery charge may apply.
- Delivery is available, 7 days a week
- We provide next day delivery for balloons
- Minimum purchase of $100 is required for Balloon delivery from Monday to Sunday
- Delivery fees vary by location.
- A delivery overtime fee applies to deliveries that are not between 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Sunday.
- Delivery window must be a 2hr timeframe, for peak season we work on when your party is due to start.

Liability Disclaimer
Sydney Party Shop shall not be liable in any way for loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of delivery of goods being prevented or delayed for reasons beyond the control of Sydney Party Shop or any acts of third parties.
Cancelling Disclaimer
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds if you would like to cancel your order or balloons unless the item is damaged.
We do however offer credit to the same value of your cancellation to shop at our store or order balloons or items for a later date.
Sale Items
If an item is on Sale or sold out we do not have a Return Policy or Refund Policy unless the item is faulty.
Hire Equipment
All our Helium Cylinders are for hire only and not for purchase. This is strictly a 4 day Hire from time of pick up or delivery. If you return our hire equipment later than 4 days you will be charged a late fee of $10 per day late fee until returned. All our other Hire Equipment is only 24hr hire and if returned later then 24hr will incur daily late fee to the same value as the hire for the day. Please note a Bond is required for all our hire equipment.
We do not post any of our Hire Equipment, they are only pick up from our store or we can delivery by courier for extra fee, please call for quotes on delivery and pick up fees.
All hire Equipment requires a Hire Agreement filled out upon pick up or delivery, must show a NSW Drivers Licence and Credit Card to be able to hire our equipment along with a refundable Bond of $100.
Helium inflated latex balloons will last approximately 10-12 hours. However, an extreme temperature will reduce the float time. It is best to inflate latex balloons just before the event.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Breathing in Helium on Balloon Gas can be lethal.
Inflating helium or Balloon Gas (even in small amounts) may empty your lungs of Oxygen. Within seconds, you may become dizzy or unconscious and you may stop breathing. Perceived fun can end tragically. Do not inhale Helium or Balloon Gas. Never allow children or any unathorized person to handle helium tanks or use the balloon inflation equipment.
RECEIPT COPY REQUESTS
All purchases online and in store are given a receipt upon purchase of goods. If you require another copy of receipt, there will be a service fee of $25.00 to retrieve your receipt and send to you.
